Free for small teams (≤5 active devs) on a 7-day retention window. No credit card required. Email-OTP login. Upgrade as you grow.
Why a flat €29 instead of per-seat?
One bill. No per-seat math. Up to 25 active devs included. Above 25 devs you fall into Scale, where we'll size the deal to your actual ingest and retention needs.
What's "Scale"?
Anything beyond Pro: more than 25 devs, 90-day retention, Forensics (render request/response bodies from your own R2 or S3 bucket — we never custody them), priority support. Email hello@nativekloud.com and we'll size it.
How is "developer" counted?
One ingest token per org, attributed per-user via email. Inactive seats (no spans in 30 days) don't count toward the soft caps.
EU residency?
Every tier runs on Cloudflare's EU edge. We never store raw prompt or response bodies — Forensics signs URLs to your own bucket.
