Annual vs monthly?
Annual billing is the published rate. Monthly billing is +20% per seat. Cancel any time — annual prepayment refundable pro-rata.
How is "developer" counted?
One ingest token = one developer seat. Tokens are issued per email address. Inactive seats (no spans in 30 days) are not billed.
What if my team grows mid-cycle?
New seats are billed pro-rata. Issuing a token automatically adds the seat — no manual provisioning step.
